In our restaurant, we not only try to prepare incredible meals, but also special moments that will remain in your memory and satisfy the guest both in food and in the choice of wine. Kitchen concept
Our cooking is based on fresh seafood and the famous Pag lamb.
In addition to an excellent offer of locally caught seafood delicacies, we also offer a 5-course tasting menu “Walking through the island of Pag”. It is composed of only a small part of the culinary wealth offered by the island of Pag.
Under the guidance of our chef, we create interesting, even unique dishes. Cold appetizers are based on raw seafood. Hot appetizers include everything from handmade pasta to our famous fish soup “Old man and sea”. And desserts are a special chapter. They are made from top quality ingredients with a lot of love and knowledge, they are complex and adapted to the season.
We try to be as sustainable as possible and use “low waste” kitchen principles.
